5). Touch on HTTP headers. Enable it and type this on Custom http Headers.
Then Press on Ok.
6). Close the Droid VPN app and open it again.
7). Select Netherland Server 6 which is Free.
8). Connect and make sure that your balance is 0.
You have to turn on data to connect with Netherlands servers.
