By using the application, the user is certifying that these rules have been read and understood by the user.

• These terms and conditions may be changed by the application at any point without any prior notice.
• There must be only one user account per person.
• The user must answer all the questions asked with full honesty. As the user’s data is kept private and anonymous. Data is only released in aggregates (collected with all data) and hence privacy is maintained.
• When using the ‘Exchange’ feature, the rate calculated for each point is not negotiable and is final. Changes in rates are completely automated and the application or any of its staff are not responsible for any payments to be made out to the users.
• The payout will normally be made within 7 working days, however if not made, there is no additional liability on the application for the completion of the transaction.
• Any and all transactions and payouts are done as per the sole discretion of the application.
• The application can withhold any payments that may be due without any reason or prior intimation.
• Paytm cash due will only be transferred to Paytm account which has to be entered in the ‘Profile’ tab of the application. Without this, there is no possibility of payment.
